AIOps Leader

About the role

We are looking for a seasoned AIOps Leader to own the design and delivery of AI‑driven automation for our centralized AI Product Support & Operations function. The role combines software engineering, site‑reliability, and AI/ML expertise to turn operational chaos into a self‑healing, data‑centric platform.

Key responsibilities

• Architect and implement auto‑remediation workflows, diagnostic pipelines and event‑driven triggers that resolve platform issues without human intervention.
• Design, build and maintain Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG) knowledge bases, vector stores and LLM utilities to provide instant incident context.
• Develop conversational AI agents, bots and webhooks that automate Tier‑1 and Tier‑2 ticket resolution within ServiceNow or Jira.
• Establish enterprise‑grade observability pipelines, predictive anomaly detection models and executive dashboards tracking MTTR, uptime and SLA compliance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related quantitative field.
• 7+ years of hands‑on experience in Software Engineering, SRE or DevOps with a focus on cloud automation and AI/ML operational tooling.
• At least 3 years designing and operating large‑scale workloads on AWS or GCP, including native AI/ML services.

Required skills

• Programming: Python, Go, Shell scripting.
• Cloud platforms: AWS (Bedrock, SageMaker, Lambda, CloudWatch) and GCP (Vertex AI, Cloud Run, Cloud Logging).
• Infrastructure‑as‑Code: Terraform, AWS CloudFormation, Google Deployment Manager.
• Container orchestration: Kubernetes (EKS, GKE) and Docker.
• Observability tools: ServiceNow, Datadog, Jira APIs.
• AI/ML tooling: LLMs, Retrieval‑Augmented Generation, vector databases (Pinecone, Qdrant).
