AI/ML Faculty – Learner Success Specialist

About the role

The AI/ML Faculty member will drive learner success across artificial intelligence, machine learning, and data science programs delivered in a self‑paced online environment. The role focuses on engaging learners, providing academic support, and ensuring timely course completion.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary academic point of contact, guiding learners through AI/ML concepts, assignments, and projects.
• Conduct orientation sessions covering LMS navigation, course structure, assessments, and project expectations.
• Monitor learner progress, identify at‑risk participants using engagement metrics, and intervene promptly.
• Review coding assignments, case studies, and projects, delivering clear, actionable feedback.
• Lead doubt‑clearing, technical mentoring, office hours, and project review sessions.
• Coach learners on GitHub usage, project documentation, model evaluation, experimentation, and deployment best practices.
• Promote the creation of portfolio‑ready AI/ML projects aligned with industry standards.
• Ensure compliance with academic integrity, plagiarism policies, and responsible AI guidelines.
• Organize webinars, coding workshops, hackathons, and discussion forums to boost engagement.
• Collaborate with curriculum, product, and content teams to incorporate learner feedback and industry trends.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates or candidates with at least 1 year of experience in teaching, mentoring, technical training, academic support, EdTech, or AI/ML.

Required skills

• Proficiency with GitHub for version control and project collaboration.
