About the role

We are looking for an experienced AI/ML Engineer (4‑6 years) to design and deliver end‑to‑end generative AI and machine‑learning solutions for Bosch’s global software portfolio. You will work on building scalable LLM‑based applications, RAG pipelines and cloud‑native deployments across Azure, GCP and AWS.

Key responsibilities

  • Design and implement ML and GenAI solutions, including retrieval‑augmented generation pipelines, LLM integration and prompt‑engineering frameworks.
  • Develop API‑based AI services using FastAPI, Flask or Plotly Dash and deploy them on Azure App Service, Cloud Run or similar platforms.
  • Build complete ML pipelines covering data ingestion, feature engineering, model training, validation, deployment and monitoring.
  • Create and maintain ETL/ELT workflows with Azure Data Factory, BigQuery or Databricks and manage vector databases for embeddings.
  • Implement MLOps practices such as CI/CD, model registry, experiment tracking and automated retraining.
  • Produce analytical dashboards with Power BI, Tableau, Looker or QuickSight to surface insights for stakeholders.

Required profile

  • 4–6 years of hands‑on experience in machine‑learning, generative AI and cloud‑native deployments.
  • Strong ability to translate business requirements into technical AI solutions.
  • Proven experience working with cross‑functional teams in an agile environment.

Required skills

  • Advanced Python programming and strong SQL skills.
  • Experience with LLM frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, Azure OpenAI, Vertex AI or AWS Bedrock.
  • Knowledge of RAG architectures, embeddings, vector search and prompt engineering.
  • Proficiency in cloud platforms (Azure, GCP, AWS) and services like Azure AI Foundry, Azure Data Factory, BigQuery, Databricks.
  • Hands‑on with containerisation (Docker) and CI/CD pipelines for MLOps.
  • Familiarity with BI tools: Power BI, Tableau, Looker, QuickSight.
