AI Voice Agent – Outbound Research Caller

About the role

Commure is seeking a detail‑oriented AI Voice Agent to conduct outbound research calls to prospective businesses. You will measure how long each business keeps callers on hold, capture clear evidence of the call duration, and record the findings accurately.

Key responsibilities

• Call prospects using an approved contact list and follow the provided script.
• Navigate automated menus or reception desks professionally.
• Measure and record the time spent on hold, capturing a screenshot that shows the duration.
• Upload or link each screenshot to the corresponding spreadsheet entry.
• Record details such as prospect name, phone number, call date/time, hold start and end times, total hold duration, outcome, and relevant notes.
• Verify that every entry is complete and matched with the correct screenshot.
• Protect confidential information and adhere to all calling, privacy, and data‑handling requirements.
• Escalate invalid numbers, unusual outcomes, or data‑quality issues to a supervisor.

Required profile

• Clear and professional verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.
• Basic proficiency with Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to capture, organize, and upload screenshots.
• Reliable internet connection and access to a suitable calling device.
• Ability to follow scripts and documented procedures consistently.
