AI Trainer – Remote Part‑Time Contract

About the role

We are seeking fluent language professionals to help train and evaluate AI language models. This fully remote, part‑time contract allows you to work on your own schedule from anywhere.

Key responsibilities

• Read and assess AI‑generated text for quality, accuracy, and fluency.
• Write short prompts and creative responses to improve AI performance.
• Rank and compare AI outputs using defined evaluation criteria.
• Provide written feedback on language quality.

Required profile

• Native or near‑native fluency in your language and English.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in humanities, language, or writing‑related fields.
• Professional experience with language work such as writing, teaching, translating, editing, or annotation.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow evaluation guidelines.
