About the role

The Social Media Video Editor will create engaging, platform‑optimised video content for marketing and learning initiatives. Using AI‑powered editing and post‑production workflows, you will transform briefs and scripts into high‑quality videos that maximise audience engagement and production efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Produce high‑quality educational and marketing videos leveraging AI tools for editing, voice‑over, captioning, avatar creation, translation and automation.
• Create short‑form videos with proven hooks, pacing and platform‑native storytelling for LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts and emerging channels.
• Build scalable AI‑assisted post‑production workflows including rough cuts, scene detection, auto‑captioning, B‑roll generation, noise removal, transcription, localisation and versioning.
• Optimise each video for platform algorithms, metadata, thumbnails, aspect ratios and publishing best practices to improve retention and reach.
• Transform complex educational topics into concise, visually engaging learning experiences using motion graphics, animations and screen recordings.

Required profile

• Experience with AI‑driven video production and post‑production tools.
• Strong understanding of social media platform algorithms and best practices.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams to deliver content at scale.
