AI-Powered Mobile App Developer (iOS/Android) – Remote

About the role

Smart Working is looking for an AI‑Powered Mobile App Developer to lead the design, development, and delivery of its iOS and Android applications. This permanent, remote position offers the chance to work directly with the CEO, shaping a product at an early stage and growing into a senior leadership role as the company scales.

Key responsibilities

• Leverage AI‑powered development tools, large language models (LLMs), vibe‑coding workflows, and MCP to accelerate delivery while maintaining quality.
• Own the end‑to‑end technical direction of the mobile app and supporting platform.
• Design, develop, and deploy new features for iOS and Android, as well as related backend services.
• Build, release, and maintain production‑ready mobile applications, handling both Android and iOS deployments.
• Continuously improve existing workflows to ensure a stable, scalable user experience.
• Translate the CEO’s vision into practical, scalable technical solutions.
• Balance front‑end and back‑end responsibilities (approximately 50/50) and operate with high autonomy.
• Lay the technical foundations for future growth, shaping engineering practices and standards.

Required profile

• At least 2 years of experience with AI‑powered development, AI agents, LLMs, vibe‑coding, or MCP.
• Strong background in mobile app development for both iOS and Android.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced startup environment.
• Willingness to take full ownership of product delivery and technical decisions.
