AI GTM Engineer

About the role

We’re looking for an AI GTM Engineer to own the systems, data, and processes behind our marketing engine. This is a hands‑on role. You’ll work across Marketing, Sales, Product and Growth to make sure our campaigns run smoothly, our data is reliable, and we’re continuously improving conversion across the funnel.

Key responsibilities

• Build and ship signal queues for sales (ICP sign‑ups, usage spikes, expansion and win‑back triggers) delivered to reps via HubSpot and Slack.
• Create customer health and billing‑spike alerts so Customer Success and Sales can act on changes in paying accounts.
• Maintain a single source of truth for the signup‑to‑SQL‑to‑closed‑won funnel in BigQuery, trusted by all GTM leaders.
• Design AI‑native GTM workflows using LLMs and agents for enrichment, research, scoring and personalization, and measure their accuracy.
• Automate CRM processes: lead routing, lifecycle stages, data hygiene, and eliminate manual lead assignment.
• Develop a self‑improving GTM system that continuously learns from LLM outputs and data‑source connectors.
• Own GTM tooling across HubSpot, Customer.io, Clay, Lemlist and n8n, including email journeys, segmentation and experiments.
• Produce ad‑hoc analysis for Sales and Marketing to inform strategy and optimization.

Required profile

• Strong SQL skills and hands‑on experience with BigQuery or a comparable data warehouse.
• Proficiency in Python or TypeScript and ability to work with APIs, especially CRM APIs such as HubSpot.
• Ability to define meaningful signals for account outreach and validate them against actual closures.
• Experience collaborating closely with sales or growth teams, or a strong desire to learn their needs.
• Self‑starter who can ship solutions independently without a dedicated data team.
• Comfortable working asynchronously with some overlap with US business hours.
