AI Governance & Responsible AI Consultant

About the role

The AI Governance & Responsible AI Consultant will define and maintain Bosch's enterprise framework for safe, ethical, explainable, and compliant AI. Working within the AI Center of Excellence, you will set policies, standards, and risk‑classification approaches that span the entire AI lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Define and maintain Responsible AI principles, policies, and implementation guidelines covering fairness, transparency, accountability, privacy, safety, robustness, and human oversight.
• Create assessment templates for AI and Generative AI use cases and support review boards for high‑risk initiatives.
• Establish explainability requirements, documentation standards, and support business teams in communicating AI‑driven decisions.
• Define AI security requirements and guardrails, including model access, prompt security, data‑leakage prevention, adversarial robustness, and abuse prevention.
• Orchestrate AI security testing, red‑team exercises, and ensure remediation of findings.
• Develop AI lifecycle governance controls and support compliance with regulations such as the EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and ISO/IEC 42001.
• Collaborate with legal, compliance, data‑privacy, and cybersecurity teams to stay aligned with evolving expectations.
