AI Enablement Specialist & Trainer (AI Agents)

About the role

We are looking for an AI Enablement Specialist & Trainer who lives and breathes AI, understands how to build and operate autonomous AI agents, and enjoys teaching others to use them effectively. This full‑time, high‑impact position is ideal for fresh graduates or early‑career talent who love exploring new AI workflows and simplifying complex concepts for non‑technical users.

Key responsibilities

• Master AI workflows: operate, test, and optimise AI agents and automated workflows such as custom GPTs, workflow automation tools, and agentic platforms.
• Design and deliver practical training sessions, live walkthroughs and workshops for internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Create bite‑sized video guides, step‑by‑step documentation and visual cheat‑sheets that explain prompting and managing AI agents.
• Serve as the first point of contact for AI‑related queries, helping non‑technical users troubleshoot prompt errors and streamline daily tasks.
• Monitor fast‑moving AI tool releases, evaluate their viability and share actionable recommendations for adoption.

Required profile

• Exceptional verbal and written English communication, clear and patient when explaining technical concepts.
• Strong hands‑on experience with modern AI tools, LLM interfaces and agentic workflows (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Zapier/Make, custom agent setups).
• Confident presenter on video or live groups, able to avoid unnecessary jargon.
• Fast learner of new software platforms, curious and proactive.
• Detail‑oriented, structured and empathetic mindset.
