AI Developer

About the role

We are looking for an AI Developer to design and build intelligent solutions that enhance our software tooling. The role focuses on Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines, large language model (LLM) fine‑tuning, and AI‑driven prediction, automation and classification use cases.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and optimise RAG pipelines and embedding‑based retrieval systems.
• Fine‑tune and evaluate domain‑specific LLMs and other ML models.
• Develop AI solutions for prediction, automation and classification tasks.
• Build and maintain data pipelines, perform preprocessing and feature engineering.
• Deploy, scale and monitor AI models on cloud platforms such as Azure and Google Cloud Platform.
• Integrate AI models into production‑grade software tools and workflows.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of hands‑on experience in AI/ML development.
• Degree in Engineering, Computer Science or related field (BE/B.Tech).
• Strong programming skills in Python and experience with TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Practical knowledge of RAG architectures, embeddings and vector databases.
• Understanding of data engineering concepts (ETL, pipelines, data handling).
• Experience with cloud services (compute, storage, ML services) on Azure or GCP.
• Familiarity with model fine‑tuning, evaluation, deployment and basic MLOps practices.
