AI Capacity Building Trainer

About the role

The Trainer will play a pivotal role in the AI Transformation Office’s mission to raise AI literacy across UPES, Pearl Academy and partner organisations. You will design, develop and deliver high‑quality training programmes for audiences ranging from first‑year undergraduates to faculty members and senior leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Design AI literacy curricula aligned with institutional strategy and learner needs across multiple schools and disciplines.
• Create polished training materials such as slide decks, workbooks and case studies that meet institutional quality standards.
• Deliver engaging sessions in‑person, online or blended, using interactive tools like Mentimeter, live polling and breakout rooms.
• Coach and mentor AI Champions and faculty trainers, providing feedback and developing train‑the‑trainer resources.
• Track participation, completion and learning outcomes; contribute to dashboards and reporting systems.
• Collect participant feedback and continuously refine content and delivery methods.
• Engage with academic departments and senior leadership to ensure training aligns with institutional strategy.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in education, instructional design, computer science, business or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in training delivery, curriculum design or adult education.
• Proven ability to design and facilitate engaging, multi‑modal learning experiences.
