AEM Project Manager – PMO (Bangalore/Noida/Remote)

About the role

The AEM Project Manager will lead multiple Adobe Digital Marketing consulting engagements, ensuring delivery within budget and schedule. This role works closely with customers, partners, and internal Adobe teams to drive successful digital transformation projects.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver consulting engagements on time, on scope, and within budget.
• Coordinate with CXO‑level stakeholders across customers, partners, and Adobe teams.
• Manage project plans, risk registers, and status reporting.
• Present project outcomes and recommendations to senior executives.
• Drive adoption of Adobe Experience/Marketing Cloud solutions.

Required profile

• 15+ years of technology or service‑delivery experience.
• 8+ years managing client‑facing projects, preferably in digital marketing.
• Proven ability to engage CXO‑level stakeholders.
• Strong communication, structural thinking, and presentation skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with relevant technical experience.
