About the role
The firm is seeking a qualified lawyer to join its team and handle a variety of legal matters, primarily in the civil domain while also covering administrative and criminal cases.
Key responsibilities
- Represent clients in civil litigation, administrative disputes and criminal proceedings.
- Draft and review contracts, pleadings, motions and other legal documents.
- Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda on relevant statutes and case law.
- Participate in court hearings, negotiations and settlement discussions.
- Provide legal advice to clients on compliance and risk management.
Required profile
- Law degree and active license to practice law.
- Proven experience in civil, administrative and criminal law, with a focus on civil matters.
- Strong analytical and communication abilities.
