About the role
We are seeking a full-time Advocate to join our Delhi NCR office. The successful candidate will represent clients in litigation, draft legal documents, conduct research and provide counsel across various areas of law.
Key responsibilities
- Represent clients in court and other dispute resolution forums.
- Draft and review legal documents, contracts and agreements.
- Conduct comprehensive legal research and analyze case law.
- Negotiate settlements and advise clients on optimal strategies.
- Manage case files and ensure timely progress of multiple matters.
Required profile
- LLB degree and enrollment with the Bar (2022 or earlier).
- Minimum 4 years of post‑qualification experience in litigation.
- Strong knowledge of all forms of litigation, including ADR.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, critical thinking and analytical abilities.
- Ability to handle several cases simultaneously with strong organization.
