Admission Counsellor - Work From Home

About the role

We are looking for an Admission Counsellor to provide personalized academic and career guidance to prospective students. You will address inquiries about courses, eligibility, admissions, fees, and scholarships, while educating candidates on program features and career prospects. The role combines counseling with sales activities to drive enrollments.

Key responsibilities

• Provide personalized academic and career counseling, answering queries on courses, eligibility, admissions, fees, and scholarships.
• Educate prospective students on program features, pedagogy, and career outcomes.
• Generate and manage a strong sales pipeline through cold calling and inbound inquiries.
• Convert leads into enrollments, consistently meeting monthly targets.
• Handle applications systematically and maintain clear communication with parents.
• Follow up on enrollment confirmations and collaborate with the admissions team to achieve targets.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitive programs, and emerging career opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records of counseling interactions in the CRM and expand the prospective student database.

Required profile

• Any UG/PG degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field.
• 2‑5 years of experience in academic counseling, career guidance, or admissions.
• Fluency in English and Hindi.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to persuade and drive enrollments.
• Flexibility to work six days from the office with a rotational weekly off.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Experience with CRM tools (preferred).
