About the role

Digital Web Solutions is looking for a diligent Admin Runner to support day‑to‑day office operations in Gurugram. You will act as the point of contact for internal and external deliveries, ensuring that documents and packages reach their destinations promptly. This position offers a solid entry‑level opportunity to develop administrative and logistical skills within a dynamic team.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver documents, packages, and other materials to various internal and external locations.
• Perform routine office errands such as picking up supplies or mail.
• Coordinate and manage incoming and outgoing deliveries on behalf of the company.
• Assist with general office upkeep, organization, and filing.
• Provide administrative assistance to multiple departments as needed.
• Maintain a professional demeanor while representing the company.

Required profile

• Proactive, organized and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Strong time‑management and reliability.
• Good communication skills and a courteous attitude.
• Willingness to work full‑time on‑site in Gurugram.
