Operations Analyst – Remote (India)

About the role

As an Operations Analyst, you will work closely with your team lead to manage the day‑to‑day tasks of processing provider credentials, licenses and payor enrollment applications. You will collaborate cross‑functionally with many teams to ensure smooth operations, and the position is fully remote.

Key responsibilities

• Research, interpret, and evaluate information relevant to provider licensure and continuing medical education in the United States.
• Complete applications for provider credential, licensure or payor enrollment on behalf of Certify customers.
• Validate and authenticate information updated on the credentialing platform and ensure 100% accuracy.
• Interact with providers and clients over email whenever additional information may be required.
• Assist with monitoring or new client implementation projects as needed.
• Summarize research findings and draft clear, concise guideline documents for Certify customers.
• Support other ad‑hoc projects as required.

Required profile

• Fluency in English.
• A bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Ability to conduct large volumes of research, particularly via Google.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google applications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
