Admin Manager – Marketing Agency

About the role

We are a fast‑scaling marketing and communications consultancy operating across India and global markets. We are building a lean, high‑impact administrative backbone to support our growing client delivery engine. The Admin Manager will ensure smooth office operations, client onboarding, and internal communications.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day office operations, including vendor management, travel bookings, and supply‑chain coordination for multiple project teams.
• Lead client onboarding logistics such as NDAs, contracts, asset handovers, and scheduling syncs to ensure seamless kick‑offs.
• Manage internal calendar systems, meeting‑room allocations, and coordinate hybrid work for remote and on‑site staff.
• Partner with Finance to process vendor invoices, reconcile expenses, and track budgets for campaign deliverables.
• Own internal communications including newsletters, announcements, and cross‑departmental updates.
• Implement and refine SOPs for administrative workflows to improve efficiency and scale operations.

Required profile

• Proficiency with MS Office Suite, Google Workspace, Slack, Asana, Trello, Notion, Zoom, and QuickBooks Online.
• Experience working in an agency or fast‑paced marketing environment.
• Familiarity with CRM tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
• Basic understanding of digital campaign workflows (social, email, performance marketing).
