ADAS-SIL Expert

About the role

We are looking for an ADAS‑SiL Expert to join Bosch's Global Software Technologies team in Bangalore. You will drive the integration and customization of ADAS simulation solutions, ensuring they meet stakeholder requirements and align with Bosch’s technology roadmap.

Key responsibilities

• Integrate and tailor ADAS‑SiL components (e.g., Simax, map converter, scenario editor) into the toolchain.
• Establish feedback loops with component developers and maintain regular integration workflows.
• Develop and maintain core simulation platform components such as XiL Core, pythomation, and binding generators.
• Implement reference blueprints, online evaluation toolboxes, and visualization modules.
• Design and refine APIs for XiL Core and related components.
• Ensure software quality through testing, CI pipelines, and compliance with ADAS SiL/HiL TDP.
• Contribute to architectural decisions and manage hand‑over to customers.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of experience in software development for automotive simulation.
• B.E. in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Electronics & Communication.
• Strong expertise in either C++ or Python (senior level) and working knowledge of the other.
• Experience with software integration, build systems (Bazel, CMake, Conan), Git, and Docker.
• Domain knowledge of closed‑loop simulation and relevant scenario/map formats (OpenScenario XML/DSL, OpenDrive, Lanelet2).
