Accounting Specialist (Spanish/Portuguese)

About the role

We are seeking a Finance & Accounting professional to join our Greater Noida office and support our Latin‑America team. The role involves handling end‑to‑end accounting operations, month‑end and year‑end closings, and managing AP/AR across multiple entities. Fluency in Spanish or Portuguese is required to communicate effectively with the Latin team.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update books of accounts, ensuring accurate records.
• Post journal entries, accruals, provisions and adjustments.
• Support month‑end and year‑end closing activities.
• Manage full cycle Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, including reconciliations.
• Perform vendor, customer and balance‑sheet reconciliations.
• Assist with financial reporting and audit requirements.
• Coordinate accounting and reporting activities with group entities and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with accounting policies and internal controls.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting or a related field.
• 3‑8 years of experience in accounting and finance operations, preferably in a shared‑services or multi‑entity environment.
• Proven experience with AP/AR, journal entries, book closure and reconciliations.
• Fluency in Spanish or Portuguese.

• Proficiency with ERP systems.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Spanish language proficiency (or Portuguese).
