Accountant – On-site (Faridabad)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced and detail‑oriented Accountant to join our team on-site in Faridabad. You will be responsible for managing day‑to‑day accounting operations and ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day accounting and bookkeeping activities.
• Maintain accurate records of sales, purchases, receipts, payments and expenses.
• Handle GST, TDS and other statutory compliances.
• Prepare bank, vendor and customer reconciliations.
• Maintain accounts payable and receivable.
• Assist with project‑wise accounting and real‑estate transactions.
• Prepare MIS reports, financial statements and other accounting reports.
• Coordinate with auditors, consultants, vendors and internal teams.
• Ensure timely filing of statutory returns and compliance requirements.
• Monitor outstanding payments and receivables.
• Maintain proper documentation and records for all financial transactions.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Experience in real‑estate or construction is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS and accounting principles.
• Proficiency in Tally or other accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Good understanding of bank and ledger reconciliation.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to independently manage day‑to‑day accounting operations.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
