Accountant / Management Accountant

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Accountant / Management Accountant to join our finance team in Ahmedabad. The successful candidate will support day‑to‑day accounting operations and contribute to the preparation of financial statements and IPO‑related documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain accurate accounting records and produce regular financial reports.
• Perform ledger entries, reconciliations and journal postings.
• Assist in the preparation of internal and external financial statements.
• Work on IPO documentation and related financial paperwork.
• Use Excel for data analysis, reporting and financial modelling.
• Coordinate with internal departments for budgeting, audits and compliance.
• Ensure timely submission of statutory filings and other financial reports.

Required profile

• Inter CA, B.Com or M.Com qualification.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
• Hands‑on experience with MS Office and advanced Excel.
• Exposure to IPO processes/documentation is preferred.
• Average communication skills and ability to coordinate effectively with teams.
