About the role
We are looking for an Accountant to join our finance team in Lucknow. The role supports the company's operations in the fertilizer, cement and chemical sectors, ensuring accurate financial records and compliance.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers.
- Prepare and process invoices and payments.
- Reconcile bank statements and resolve financial discrepancies.
- Assist in preparing financial reports and budgets.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and accounting standards.
Required profile
- 2‑5 years of sales experience in the fertilizer or cement industry.
- Prior experience in fertilizer, cement or chemical industries (mandatory).
- Exposure to large‑scale industrial procurement environments (advantageous).
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce (B.Com) or related field.
- M.Com or MBA (Finance) preferred but not mandatory.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Tally accounting software.
- Proficiency with QuickBooks accounting software.
