Accountant

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Accountant to join Truxcel technologies in Kozhikode. The role involves preparing accurate financial reports, managing day‑to‑day accounting operations and supporting strategic financial decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare financial statements, management reports and annual budgets.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, perform bank and ledger reconciliations.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations, handle VAT filings and coordinate internal and external audits.
• Implement and monitor internal controls, oversee payroll processing.
• Analyse costs, provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in manufacturing or technology.
• Strong understanding of GAAP and IFRS, Indian taxation laws and audit procedures.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and solid business acumen.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel.
• Zoho Books.
• ERP Next or Tally.
• Knowledge of GAAP and IFRS.
• Experience with ERP accounting systems.
