Accountant – Core Finance Role

About the role

Join a global logistics leader that is establishing its India finance centre. As an Accountant you will own day‑to‑day bookkeeping, reconciliations and reporting, ensuring the ledger is accurate and ready for month‑end close.

Key responsibilities

• Record and review journal entries, accruals and ledger postings.
• Reconcile bank, vendor and inter‑company accounts.
• Process accounts payable and receivable on schedule.
• Support month‑end and year‑end close with clean schedules.
• Maintain documentation for audits and statutory filings.
• Assist in preparing GST, TDS and other routine compliance inputs.

Required profile

• 2 to 6 years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping or general ledger roles.
• Strong understanding of double‑entry accounting and month‑end close processes.
• Clear written and spoken English and a reliable remote‑work setup.
• B.Com or M.Com; CA Inter is a plus.
• Experience in a GCC, shared‑services or multinational environment is desirable.
