About the role
The Accounts Receivable professional will support the efficient operation of the finance department at Hyatt Regency Chandigarh, aligning daily activities with Hyatt International's corporate strategies and brand standards. This role ensures that accounting processes run smoothly while meeting the expectations of employees, guests, and owners.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in the day‑to‑day management of the accounts receivable function.
- Process guest invoices, payments, and related financial transactions.
- Reconcile receivable accounts and resolve discrepancies.
- Support month‑end and year‑end closing activities.
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure accurate billing and reporting.
- Maintain compliance with internal controls and brand financial policies.
Required profile
- Certificate or qualification in Finance and/or Accounting.
- 2–4 years of experience as an Accounts Clerk in a hotel, large organization, or accounting firm.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work within a fast‑paced hospitality environment.
