Account Manager – P3P Marketplace

About the role

The P3P Team is launching a new go‑to‑market strategy for the IN Marketplace and needs a results‑driven Account Manager to own the relationship with one of its largest sellers. You will act as the seller’s champion, translating their needs into actionable insights for internal teams while driving day‑to‑day operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with the seller and Amazon Category, Program and Operations teams to support daily operations and achieve key metrics such as P3P GV share and MVR launches.
• Collaborate with Inventory SMEs to monitor and control inventory health indicators (UHI, USI, suppressed inventory).
• Drive automation adoption and process improvements, including buying and pricing automation, tax compliance, and new tools like Grading & Relisting.
• Develop the seller’s long‑term capabilities and act as the voice of the seller in product development and process enhancements.
• Interface regularly with leaders across Category, Finance, Legal and PXT, gaining broad exposure across the organization.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in account management, sales, vendor or program management.
• MBA from a tier‑1 business school.
• Proven ability to use data to influence business decisions and drive cross‑functional collaboration.
• Experience with business analysis and P&L management.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Required skills

• Experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar software.
