Account Manager – Media & Advertising

About the role

Network18 is seeking an on‑site Account Manager in Shimla to manage day‑to‑day relationships with advertising and business partners across its TV and digital platforms. You will act as the primary point of contact, ensuring client objectives are met and campaigns are delivered on time.

Key responsibilities

• Onboard new clients and maintain ongoing account servicing.
• Coordinate multi‑channel campaigns (TV, online) and monitor performance.
• Prepare proposals, presentations, and performance reports.
• Track metrics, resolve operational issues, and support renewals and upsell opportunities.
• Collaborate with sales, content, finance, and operations teams to maximize client satisfaction and revenue.

Required profile

• Strong client relationship and stakeholder communication skills.
• Experience in media, advertising, or digital publishing.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Media, Communications or related field.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, cross‑functional environment.
• Fluency in English; Hindi or regional language knowledge is a plus.
