Account Manager – Key Account Management

About the role

The Account Manager will drive growth for key accounts by developing long‑term business plans, forecasting sales, and aligning our LED module solutions with customer needs. You will act as the primary liaison between customers and internal technical teams to ensure a seamless fit of technology and market demands.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare annual business forecasts and a five‑year development plan for key accounts.
• Collect and analyse market and competitor information, adapting sales tactics accordingly.
• Define and execute key‑account management and development strategies.
• Identify LED module opportunities and collaborate with Field Application Engineers (FAE) and Quality Management (CQM) to match technology to customer applications.
• Handle customer complaints and claims, ensuring timely resolution.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• Background in lighting or related technical fields, with knowledge of the automotive industry.
• Minimum three years of sales experience, preferably in automotive electronics.
• Experience working in a multinational environment is advantageous.
