Account Manager

About the role

The Account Manager will identify the needs of new and existing customers, ensuring they achieve success with our product. This role involves building strong relationships, communicating effectively with both clients and internal teams, and proactively addressing any issues that arise. The position requires a proactive mindset, the ability to translate customer feedback into actionable insights, and a focus on driving adoption and retention.

Key responsibilities

• Work cross‑functionally with all internal stakeholders to support customer success.
• Create and maintain relationships with customers to understand and meet their needs.
• Visit customers on‑site to uncover growth opportunities within the platform.
• Manage reporting on the health and performance of customer accounts.
• Ensure timely communication of challenges and collaborate with internal teams to develop solutions.

Required profile

• Previous experience in account management or a client‑facing role.
• Strong communication and articulation skills.
• Willingness and ability to travel as required.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
