Account Manager – Italian Language

About the role

Amazon is looking for an Italian‑speaking Account Manager to join the Amazon Vendor Services (AVS) team. You will act as the primary liaison between Amazon and key vendor partners, driving growth and ensuring a seamless customer experience on the platform.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain long‑term partnerships with assigned Italian‑language vendors.
• Collaborate with Retail Category teams to create joint business plans and achieve KPI targets.
• Conduct deep‑dive analyses of vendor performance, identify issues, and propose data‑driven action plans.
• Lead regular business reviews (WBRs, MBRs) with vendors to track metrics and drive improvements.
• Coordinate cross‑functional initiatives across merchandising, buying, inventory, finance, operations and online marketing to optimize vendor performance.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in sales, account management, digital advertising or client‑facing roles.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in Italian and English.
