Account Manager - B2B Sales

About the role

We are looking for an Account Manager focused on B2B sales to maintain and grow relationships with our existing corporate clients. The role involves delivering day‑to‑day client service, monitoring product usage, and ensuring high satisfaction levels across the portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain current client relationships and provide exceptional service on a daily basis.
• Monitor and analyse customers’ usage of our product to identify opportunities and issues.
• Communicate, present and influence key stakeholders, including executive and C‑level contacts.
• Prioritise competing tasks and manage multiple account projects simultaneously while keeping attention to detail.
• Collect, track and analyse large data sets to support account decisions.

Required profile

• Graduation (mandatory degree) in a relevant field.
• Strong ability to communicate with executives and influence decisions.
• Excellent prioritisation, multitasking and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of mathematics, business administration, management principles, economics and accounting.
