About the role
We are looking for an Account Manager to join Amazon’s Smart Commerce team, responsible for high‑value seller accounts and driving advertising success. You will help customers grow their businesses by delivering strategic solutions and insights.
Key responsibilities
- Own a portfolio of high‑value seller accounts, serving as the primary point of contact for advertising initiatives.
- Analyze campaign performance against key metrics and implement optimizations to meet business goals.
- Prepare and deliver regular activity reports and insights to communicate campaign progress.
- Troubleshoot technical issues, respond promptly to advertiser queries, and collaborate with internal teams to develop solutions.
- Work cross‑functionally with Account Management, Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to resolve performance issues.
- Identify opportunities to improve SmartBiz and Buy with Amazon products based on customer feedback and competitive analysis.
- Document best practices and frameworks to enhance seller performance.
Required profile
- 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in e‑commerce.
- Experience analyzing data and applying best practices to assess performance drivers.
- Track record of meeting revenue targets and quotas.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, highly cross‑functional environment.
