2nd Level Support Analyst – Order to Cash (SAP S/4HANA)

About the role

The 2nd Level Support Analyst will join BASF’s Digital Hub in Hyderabad to provide expert support for SAP S/4HANA Order‑to‑Cash processes. You will work in an ITIL‑aligned environment, analysing incidents, identifying root causes and delivering reliable resolutions while continuously expanding your SAP knowledge.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse and resolve incidents related to sales orders, deliveries, billing, pricing and output.
• Document tickets, follow escalation procedures and ensure compliance with SAP Standard and Clean Core principles.
• Monitor and troubleshoot integration points, including CPI flows, APIs, Kafka streams and basic EDI/inter‑company scenarios.
• Collaborate with functional teams covering MM, FI/CO and TM modules to ensure end‑to‑end process stability.
• Read system logs, ABAP traces and debug output to support problem‑solving activities.

Required profile

• Foundational knowledge of SAP S/4HANA SD and Order‑to‑Cash processes.
• Methodical, service‑oriented work style with strong documentation habits.
• Willingness to work within defined support processes and to avoid custom work‑arounds.
