2nd Level Support Analyst Order to Cash (SAP S/4HANA)

About the role

The 2nd Level Support Analyst will work within the SAP S/4HANA Order‑to‑Cash (O2C) team in Hyderabad. You will focus on incident analysis, root‑cause identification and reliable resolution while following ITIL‑aligned support processes.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse and resolve incidents related to sales orders, deliveries, billing, pricing and output.
• Document tickets, perform structured problem analysis and support escalations.
• Maintain and expand knowledge of SAP Standard and Clean Core principles.
• Collaborate with integration teams on EDI flows, inter‑company and STO scenarios.
• Monitor interfaces (CPI flows, APIs, Kafka) and interpret system logs and ABAP traces.

Required profile

• Methodical, service‑oriented and reliable in documentation.
• Strong analytical thinking and process understanding.
• Commitment to follow SAP Standard and avoid custom work‑arounds.
• Willingness to work in an ITIL‑aligned support environment.

Required skills

• SAP S/4HANA Order‑to‑Cash (SD) knowledge.
• ITIL incident handling.
• Understanding of SAP MM, FI/CO and TM modules.
• Basic knowledge of EDI, inter‑company and STO processes.
• Ability to read system logs, monitor CPI flows, APIs and Kafka.
• Experience with ABAP trace analysis or debugging.
