Waiter

About the role

We are looking for a full-time, on-site Waiter to join our team at Everest Base Camp in Mussoorie. You will be the face of our restaurant, ensuring guests enjoy a memorable dining experience amidst the scenic mountain setting.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests, present menus and take orders accurately.
• Serve food and beverages promptly and courteously.
• Set up and clear tables, maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area.
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service.
• Answer guest questions about menu items and handle special requests.
• Process payments and maintain a professional demeanor throughout the shift.

Required profile

• Strong customer-service orientation with a focus on guest satisfaction.
• Knowledge of food and beverage offerings and basic food-handling understanding.
• Clear, professional communication skills.
• Previous experience as a waiter or in a similar front-of-house role preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods and carry trays safely.
• Reliability, teamwork and a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
