Executive Housekeeper

About the role

We are looking for an Executive Housekeeper to lead the cleaning and guest‑service operations at our luxury glamping site in Mussoorie, Uttarakhand. You will ensure that all accommodation spaces and public areas meet the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort, contributing to memorable guest experiences in a stunning natural setting.

Key responsibilities

• Perform routine cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and polishing.
• Maintain guest rooms and public areas to premium quality standards.
• Safeguard equipment, report any damages, and ensure timely repairs.
• Handle guest complaints and special requests with professionalism.
• Monitor and replenish consumable supplies as needed.
• Strictly follow health, safety, and company policies.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Cleaner or Housekeeper.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining efficiency and quality.
• Friendly, customer‑oriented attitude.
• Strong prioritisation and time‑management capabilities.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
