Transportation Representative – IN Channel Support

About the role

The Network Operation Center (NOC) team is seeking a Transportation Representative to support Amazon Logistics Central Operations. You will act as the liaison between Amazon operators, third‑party carriers and cross‑functional teams, ensuring smooth last‑mile transportation and driving improvements in customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and coordinate freight pick‑up and delivery between vendors, fulfillment centers and carrier hubs.
• Resolve transportation exceptions, keep all stakeholders informed, and document resolutions.
• Analyze network data to identify trends, automate processes, and propose operational improvements.
• Manage configurations in Amazon tools and support process‑change initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, statistics, business or a related field.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and spot trends.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic understanding of logistics and transportation operations.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel (macros, arrays, pivots, lookups, conditional lists).
• Experience extracting data using Access or SQL.
• Data‑analysis and reporting capabilities.
