Testing Engineer – Hydraulic Products

About the role

The Engineer – Testing will support testing activities for hydraulic products at Bosch Rexroth India. You will execute assigned testing tasks with precision, coordinate priorities with your supervisor, and contribute to product development and quality assurance.

Key responsibilities

• Execute assigned testing tasks with precision and diligence.
• Coordinate tasks and priorities effectively with the supervisor.
• Assist in the implementation and execution of testing topics.
• Monitor and report on testing task progress regularly.
• Handle test specimens and test‑setup material.
• Prepare test agreements and test reports.
• Repair hydraulic products and perform prototype assembly/disassembly.
• Operate test benches, acquire data using measurement instruments, and analyze results for functional and fatigue strength.
• Conduct magnetic particle testing and 5S activities in the test‑bench area.
• Monitor energy usage during testing operations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering or Electronics.
• 1–2 years of hands‑on experience with hydraulic products.
• Basic knowledge of hydraulic systems and their components.
• Understanding of mechanical properties of materials.
• Good English communication and collaboration skills.
