About the role

As the Technology Planning & Enablement Leader, you will shape and execute Bosch’s enterprise technology vision, building a secure, AI‑enabled and scalable digital enterprise. You will partner with business, delivery and sales leaders to drive technology‑led growth and customer value.

Key responsibilities

Define and implement the enterprise technology strategy aligned with business priorities.
Lead enterprise architecture, digital transformation and platform modernization initiatives.
Drive adoption of AI, data, automation and engineering productivity across the organization.
Establish and govern resilient cloud, infrastructure and cybersecurity capabilities.
Oversee enterprise applications, technology investments, architecture standards and vendor ecosystem.
Build and lead high‑performing global teams covering cloud, cybersecurity, data, AI and platforms.
Ensure technology governance, regulatory compliance, risk management and operational resilience.

Required profile

20+ years of technology leadership experience in global enterprises, GCCs, digital engineering or IT services.
Proven track record of leading enterprise technology strategy, cloud, cybersecurity, AI/data and large‑scale transformation.
Strong executive presence with the ability to influence boards, CXOs, customers and strategic partners.
Demonstrated success in building scalable technology organisations and delivering measurable business outcomes.
