About the role
SS Consulting is seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter to lead end‑to‑end hiring for both IT and non‑IT positions. The ideal candidate understands complex requirements, goes beyond resume screening, and ensures the right talent is matched to each role.
Key responsibilities
- Manage full‑cycle IT recruitment, with approximately 30% focus on non‑IT hiring.
- Source, headhunt, and screen candidates using platforms such as Naukri and LinkedIn.
- Interpret detailed job requirements and identify suitable talent.
- Coordinate with clients and hiring managers to ensure smooth communication.
- Handle multiple requisitions simultaneously while maintaining quality.
Required profile
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT recruitment, preferably with exposure to staffing or corporate environments.
- Proven ability to work on consulting, offshore, or Global In‑house Center (GIC) recruitment projects.
- Hands‑on experience with Naukri and LinkedIn for candidate sourcing.
- Strong communication and client‑coordination skills.
