Technical Program Manager

About the role

Britive is seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead Agile delivery of its modern privileged access management platform. You will coach Scrum teams, integrate practices from Kanban, XP, and SAFe, and ensure high‑quality, high‑value software releases.

Key responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive project plans aligning customer requirements with company goals.
• Manage the full development lifecycle of complex, high‑visibility solutions.
• Ensure teams deliver high‑quality, high‑value outputs at a sustainable pace.
• Drive continuous adoption of Agile principles: Scrum, sprint planning, backlog grooming, and refinement.
• Communicate proactively across teams to identify problems, propose solutions, and uphold best software development practices.
• Collaborate with leadership to define delivery strategy and roadmap.
• Prioritize work, plan projects, manage stakeholders, and track external commitments.
• Facilitate internal communication, collaboration, and conflict resolution.
• Oversee product backlog management with clear, concise items.
• Handle vendor management tasks such as compliance, SOW, and timesheets.

Required profile

• PMP or Agile Scrum Master certification (preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent technical education.
• 5+ years of project management experience, including technical contribution.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, globally distributed cloud environment.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and business‑technical vision.

Required skills

• AWS or Azure cloud platforms.

• Git and GitHub version control.
• JIRA for agile project tracking.
