Talent Acquisition Specialist – Tech Hiring

About the role

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition professional to lead end‑to‑end recruitment for technology positions at Paytm. The role focuses on high‑volume hiring across multiple tech levels in a fast‑paced environment, ensuring a strong pipeline and excellent candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Own full‑cycle recruitment for tech roles, from sourcing to offer closure.
• Manage multiple high‑volume hiring drives, walk‑ins and weekend recruitment events.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn, Naukri, referrals and other databases.
• Screen profiles, conduct initial HR discussions and assess fit.
• Partner with hiring managers to define requirements and drive timely closures.
• Maintain recruitment MIS, trackers and hiring dashboards.
• Continuously improve sourcing strategies and turnaround times.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of talent acquisition experience with a strong focus on tech hiring.
• Proven ability to handle multiple tech requisitions and high‑volume targets simultaneously.
• Excellent candidate engagement and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in Excel or Google Sheets.
