About the role
The Senior Quality Assurance Engineer will lead shop‑floor quality control for fabricated products at Alghanim Industries. The role demands 8‑10 years of hands‑on experience in a fabrication environment, focusing on continuous improvement and compliance with QA standards.
Key responsibilities
- Inspect fabricated items to ensure they meet defined quality parameters.
- Conduct regular quality audits and drive corrective and preventive actions.
- Troubleshoot quality issues directly on the shop floor.
- Provide training and mentorship to QA staff and engineers.
- Collaborate with internal customers to resolve QA‑related concerns.
- Work in shift patterns as required.
Required profile
- 8‑10 years of experience in a shop‑floor Quality Control role within the fabrication industry.
- Strong knowledge of QA systems, procedures, and audit processes.
- Ability to lead corrective and preventive action initiatives.
- Willingness to work in rotating shifts.
