SICR Owner – Global Supplier Quality Centre of Excellence

About the role

This position works on Philips' Global Quality Management System to manage Supplier Initiated Change Requests (SICR) across the organization. As a member of the SICR Centre of Excellence, you will collaborate with a global supplier base, drive end‑to‑end change management, and ensure high‑quality documentation and timely closure of change cases.

Key responsibilities

• Own and manage the complete SICR process from submission through implementation and closure, ensuring adherence to global change control standards.
• Coordinate cross‑functional impact assessments, risk evaluations, and validation activities for supplier‑proposed changes.
• Serve as the primary interface between suppliers and internal stakeholders, facilitating review boards, governance meetings, and escalation discussions.
• Guide suppliers on SICR requirements, documentation standards, and regulatory expectations.
• Monitor performance metrics (cycle time, on‑time closure, backlog) and drive continuous improvement and automation initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Electrical/Electronic Engineering.
• Certification in ISO 13485:2016 and/or 21CFR Part 820.
• 7‑10 years of experience establishing and maintaining regulated supplier management systems.
• Program management experience with proven supplier oversight.
• Strong attention to detail, sense of urgency, and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.

• Advanced Excel for data analysis.
• Power BI or Tableau for reporting and visualization.
• PowerPoint for creating impactful presentations.
