Senior System Administrator – Windows & VMware

About the role

We are looking for a Senior System Administrator to manage and maintain our Windows Server environment, VMware virtualization platform and enterprise storage solutions. The role ensures high availability, performance and security of the IT infrastructure that supports critical business operations.

Key responsibilities

• Install, configure and maintain Windows Server (2019/2022/2025) and manage Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP and file services.
• Administer VMware vSphere, including ESXi hosts, vCenter, VM migrations (vMotion), snapshots and resource optimization.
• Manage SAN/NAS storage systems (Dell EMC, NetApp, HPE), configure LUNs, RAID, replication and perform capacity planning.
• Provide L2/L3 end‑user support, handle onboarding/off‑boarding, and troubleshoot desktop, laptop, network and application issues.
• Ensure compliance with IT security policies, patch management, vulnerability remediation and support audit requirements (ISO, SOX).

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in Windows server, VMware and storage administration.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., MCSA/MCSE, VCP, ITIL) are a plus.
