Senior Full Stack Developer – Web & Cloud

About the role

BASF Digital Hub Hyderabad is looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer to design, build and maintain modern web applications that support the company's digital transformation in the chemical industry. The role combines front‑end development with back‑end services and cloud deployment, ensuring secure and scalable solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop modern web applications using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Implement backend services with Python and Flask.
• Design, optimize, and maintain SQL databases (MSSQL, PostgreSQL).
• Consume and integrate OData APIs, especially SAP.
• Implement OAuth‑based authentication and authorization flows.
• Build and deploy cloud‑native applications on Microsoft Azure.
• Manage source code and CI/CD pipelines using Git, GitHub, and Azure DevOps.
• Participate actively in Scrum/Kanban agile processes.

Required profile

• Proven experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Strong Python programming skills, preferably with Flask.
• Solid understanding of relational databases and SQL.
• Experience consuming OData APIs.
• Hands‑on experience with OAuth flows.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Azure services and cloud‑native architectures.
• Proficient in Git version control and CI/CD practices.
• Ability to work effectively in an agile environment (Scrum/Kanban).
