Senior Engineer / Assistant Manager – Process Planner

About the role

The position is responsible for translating strategy, business objectives, customer and stakeholder requirements, as well as regulatory standards, into technical inputs that build a value‑stream capable of delivering products that meet all expectations. The role focuses on continuous improvement of the manufacturing flow and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, implement and continuously develop a manufacturing value‑addition flow, managing resources such as space, equipment, testing and handling.
• Ensure manufacturing capacity and capability meet technical specifications (TEK, CpK) and safety and ergonomic compliance.
• Monitor internal and external requirements, align with the value‑stream vision, and drive projects that increase efficiency.
• Track delivery performance metrics such as TRLT, TCT and equipment utilisation.
• Establish, document and release production processes, ensuring compliance with engineering and regulatory standards.

Required profile

• Experience in technical capacity management and manufacturing process planning.
• Ability to work with cross‑functional stakeholders to align requirements and drive improvements.
• Strong analytical mindset with focus on operational excellence.
