Senior B2B Travel Sales Executive – Thailand DMC

About the role

The Senior B2B Travel Sales Executive will be based on‑site in Lucknow and will focus on driving new business and managing existing relationships with travel agencies, tour operators and corporate clients. The role involves presenting Thailand DMC services, preparing customised proposals and quotations, and negotiating commercial terms to close deals.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and acquire new B2B partners across the travel sector.
• Present Thailand destination management offerings and tailor itineraries for groups, MICE events and luxury experiences.
• Prepare customised proposals, quotations and negotiate commercial terms.
• Coordinate with internal operations to ensure accurate bookings for hotels, tours, transfers, MICE and luxury services.
• Monitor sales pipelines, manage key accounts and respond promptly to partner inquiries.
• Participate in promotional activities and provide regular sales reports and market feedback to management.

Required profile

• Proven B2B sales and business development experience in travel or hospitality, with a strong track record of client acquisition and account management.
• In‑depth knowledge of MICE, group travel (GIT) and FIT operations and ability to design and sell tailored packages.
• Experience working with hotels, transport providers and DMC services such as tours, transfers, yachts and events.
• Excellent English communication and presentation skills; additional regional languages are a plus.
• Ability to work on‑site in Lucknow, travel as needed and thrive in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.
• Prior experience in a B2B travel sales or DMC role is highly desirable.
